Early Resolution Facilitator roles – secondment or fixed term contract role

REAA is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified facilitators who are interested in a short term (6-10 weeks) secondment or fixed term contract commencing early to mid-May 2017.

Early Resolution team facilitators are responsible for receiving, clarifying, assessing and facilitating the early resolution of complaints.  This will involve using your exceptional communication, problem solving and negotiation skills to work with the parties to the complaint.

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience working in a complaint-handling or dispute resolution environment

  • Mediation qualifications, or equivalent mediation experience 

  • Ability to quickly pick up legal or industry knowledge

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good time-management skills.
